Build It and They Will Come

As our cities grow larger and their populations expand, the byproducts of that growth add to the devastating effects of climate change. This includes the warming up of our oceans. These warming waters, when mixed with the cold air of winter, help create beautiful sea smoke over Halifax but what effect will the warming up of our oceans have on the life within it and ultimately on all life ?
